These words and light-codes were experienced through my own personal journey and spiritual practice. I have included this glossary because these words and light-codes are the very essence of Heartfelt Whole Self. They may sound or feel familiar or you may know them or have heard them in another way. They are ancient core creation energies that are within us all. They resonate on an interconnected universal level. These words are alive and wanted to be shared in more detail here, to connect with you more intimately.
HEART CENTER
Heart Center is an intelligent Core Creation energy and void space portal, wihtin Nature and wihtin the Cosmos.
It is a metaphysical point and
portal within the inter-dimensions of the deep heart space and realms of the body. Heart Center is the vibrational
frequency
of Unity Consciousness, Unconditional Love, and Unique Truth. Heart Center is a
balancing point, focal point, and point of connection for
Now presesnce in the dark deep heart and the unknown,
on Earth, in the Body, and in the multi-dimensional spaces. Heart Center is a portal, and void space of transformation into
deeper understanding and deeper peace with being.
Heart Center portal is an access point to universal harmonizing frequencies within your own body (mental, physical,
emotional, spiritual), with and within Earth,
and with and within all things and beings.
Heart Center exists in trees and plants and rocks and animals. Heart Center of the Earth.
Heart Center is a portal of unification that can be accessed in all things no matter how diverse. This
mysterious and unifying point is
a powerful portal of and healing for self and all.
Heart Center is a portal of reference or access point that can be used
and activated in any situation to bring deep hearted resolution
and core truth shifting, understanding and unity, creating a unified vibratory field through the interconnecting
of all Heart Centers involved. Access Heart Center through altered

HEART LIGHT FREQUENCY
Heart Light Frequency is an intelligent Core Creation energy. Heart Light Frequency is the most sutbly
unique vibration and colors of You that
are ever evolving and regenerating based on the information of the ever changing heart-centered Now moment.
To be engaged with H.L.F. is to be
engaged with your own source of transformation energy, within you. Heart Light emanates from Heart Fire, the Heart's
desires and
passions that come from the Source within you.
Heart Light Frequency is a subtle energy self healing tool which heals from the source of your own love, self love, the love source
within you.
Everything has a H.L.F., an utterly unique vibrational coding and colors that is constantly regenerating. Connection through

HEART FIRE
Heart Fire is an intelligent Core Creation energy. It is the ethereal flame of pure
passion and pure purpose that is forever
re-creating and evolving, as is the essence of fire. It is the eternal flame of the evolution of existance. Heart
Fire is
a subtle energetic tool of rapid transformation.
To live with embodied Heart Fire is to live in a constant state of evolution through unique purpose and passion.
CORNERSTONES OF BECOMING The Cornerstones of Becoming; Earth-Body, Self Love, Flow, Breath, and Sacred Space are multi-dimensional energetic anchors of Heartfelt Whole Self, and the inner journey of becoming. The Cornerstones carry the sacred energy and ancient wisdom of the five elements; Earth,(Earth-Body wisdom) Fire(Heart Fire/Self Love wisdom), Air(Wisdom of Breath), Water(Wisdom of Flow), and Akasha(Wisdom of the fields of information and Sacred Space). The Cornerstones of Becoming are an anchoring and a guidance system for the inner journey of becoming. They are vibrational beings enlivened with a matrix of wisdom and energy that is unique to your spiritual transformation and becoming on Earth. They carry personal medicine and pathways to your own unique elemental truth(s) accessed through the elements of your own body and being. In working with them your relationship to Self, other(s), and all things begins to heal and come into harmony.
ENER-GENETIC HEALING
Ener-genetic healing is subtle energy alchemy specifically working with the genes. It is an alchemical and subtle energy approach to transforming deep energetic patterning and programming that exists in our genes and is carried through many generations. Ener-genetic healing is ancestral, lineage, DNA, and cellular healing. It is also an approach to lifting very old lineage curses and for resolving karma. Genes define the foundation of who we are and why we are the way we are. Genes are like a golden portal to our personal transformation and healing that affects everything.
Our genes carry patterns of energy that play out into our personality and into the drama of our life. These patterns are energetic coding that are imbedded in the DNA and become our cellular structure and intelligence. How we perceive and relate to things. This coding is passed along from our parents. It may be deeply ingrained ideologies and beliefs. Or it may be very old trauma that has never been released. Through a subtle energy approach of working with your genetics you can alter deeply rooted patterns and alter your personal framework of being, thoughts, or ways of living that are harmful, outdated, and no longer serving you. The more deeply imbedded the pattern the more effective a subtle energy approach can be. Working with our genetics through subtle energy can change our very foundation. It changes who we are. Genetic makeup is makeup. Layers of identity, beliefs, ways of living and thinking that may be up for review or need tending to.
Our ancestors are in our genes. Ener-genetic healing is a direct connection with the ancestors and we can access lost wisdom this way. We can remember through ener-genetic healing. This channel of healing takes us deep into the makeup and layers of who we are and gives us the opportunity to know it and/or change it on a foundational and subtle energy level. CENTER BEAM OF TRUTH Center Beam of Truth is a subtle beam of energy that is intricately connected and related to Heart Light. When Center Beam of Truth is activated and awake it is a support system in living your truth. It is the energy of your truth holding you up, very much like a backbone.
ELEMENTAL TRUTH Elemental Truth refers to each person’s unique connection and relationship with the elements in their true nature. When we come in touch with our Elemental Truth(s) we come in touch with the core level of our being. Core level attunement, connection, and alignment enriches a person’s earth walk.
ALCHEMICAL BREATHWORK Alchemical Breathwork is subtle energy alchemy and a subtle energy approach to healing. It is activating energetic shifts and transformations through the use of and engagement with breath. Through the practice of presence, becoming one with breath, focus, and intention, we can alter our reality.
DEATH PATH & DEATH WINDOW We all have death window(s) and a death path.
Death window(s) is an ethereal opening that one crosses through to begin the preparations of transitioning from the earth plane. A person can have more than one death window in life. When a death window appears there is always a period of potential choice available. Is this your death window, is this your time?
Death path is an ethereal path that appears after the person has moved through the death window. It is a personal guide for the soul's journey from Earth and into Beyond. Not all connect with their death path. There are many things that can interfere with connection and engagement with the death path. When the death path is engaged with the pace and rhythm of death makes itself known. It becomes an powerful energy and presence, which some can feel, sense, and even smell. Once the death path has been engaged, the energy centers begin their reversal and unwinding.
BIRTH PATH Birth path is the spirit child’s path into the earth-plane; journey to conception, conception, gestation, and birth. This ethereal path guides the spirit child’s journey into the physical. It helps to keep the journey focused and centered on the needs of the spirit child for a successful arrival; through the birth portal and into Earth.
