Chakra Uplift
Chakra work is an important part of living well. Maintaining your energy flow is intimately related to your physical health and mental/emotional well being. Regular chakra cleansing is beneficial to keeping your subtle energy fields clear of all you encounter day to day. It also helps in balancing the affects of the world of electromagnetic frequencies we live in. Chakra Uplift is created and designed to attune and strengthen your energy system with upgrades needed for deeper connection with spirit and efficient processing of the subtle energies of emotion and ultimately soul embodiment. I consider this foundational support work before going into the deeper work of Soul Alchemy. Or you may find this as the ideal format for your deeper levels of healing and/or deeper exploration of your chakras. During Chakra Uplift, I spend time with each energy center addressing what arises through vibrational healing(drum,rattle,voice), energy work, and plant and stone spirit medicine. The chakras often have messages directly related to your overall well-being. This work creates an upliftment and alignment of heart, mind, body, and soul.
Divination/Energy Reading
Our energy fields hold information to help guide us and to help us heal. I help these energies, messages, and information to come through and to clearly be received by you. Often the Higher Self and the Soul show up in these readings to guide and re-direct one's journey. I work with divination cards, runes, stones, and plants to assist me in divining the information that is waiting to come through. You may be asked to bring an intention or question to the reading. But if you do not know, the heart always does, which is what is held at the center of the reading and what guides the reading. The channeled divination often opens up a dialogue helping to move energy. Often my hands are guided to do a little energy work which creates clarity, energy shifts and openings, and an attunement to your heart's path.
Soul Alchemy Sessions
In a soul alchemy session you are working with aspects of your soul, or your inner world. As we grow in spirit and move into new perspectives and life changes, aspects of the soul and of the inner world come to need very specific attention. Aspects can carry old stories, wounds, beliefs, patterns, behaviors that are out-dated and no longer align with where you are now, or where you desire to be. Aspects often need to be addressed and tended to in order to grow or move on. When soul aspects no longer align energetically it creates dissonace in our fields and manifests into blocks and imbalances in life. Allowing aspects to heal, shift, mature, and re-integrate creates a unified field of harmonic resonance throughout your body, mind, and spirit, changing the makeup of your soul. Soul alchemy sessions provide a deeper path of understanding into addressing and transforming the concern at hand.
Soul Alchemy sessions start with an initial meeting/consultation, via in-person, video, or phone. This initial meeting allows our energy to engage before the session and allows me to assess your needs so to better guide and pinpoint our work together. Sometimes there is other work that is recommended or needed before starting with a Soul Alchemy session, such as Chakra Uplift or attunements. For the session, a ceremonial container of sacred space is called in and activated on your unique behalf. You are guided into heart opening, relaxing, and receiving through a guided meditation through your Heart Center. My hands and awareness are intuitively guided to the areas of the body that require concentrated Light, which then engages with the issue at hand on the most subtle energy level. We journey with the Light to the unseen root of the issue within the energy body, including emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. The energy at root of issue begins unraveling by telling a story, releasing information, revealing more blocks, or revealing the places that are ready for Light. At the same time I commune with the energy so you are receiving healing energy/Light throughout your entire body, raising your vibration to your Heart Light Frequency. These sessions always come with personally attuned guidance as follow up work to support the integration of the healing. Whether the sessions are hands on (physical contact with energy points), or hands off (connecting from a distance), the energy and information flow equally clear and potent. The emailed transcription is like an extended session that you will have to reflect upon and that will continue to work with you as you engage with it in the months to come. There is a lot that happens in the session that may not be realized, as you are in a place of deep receiving. The transcriptions capture another realm of awareness and opens you up to another level of healing. This contains channeled information and guidance from the session, healing light codes in the written words, and spiritual ‘home-work’ that supports your personal healing and full integration.
All Soul Alchemy sessions are channeled and intuitively and spiritually guided. Journey Work
Sometimes we need another angle of perspective, one that is neutral, to help see a bigger picture or differently. Journey work is the process and skill of accessing altered states of consciousness to commune with subtle energy and with the spiritual realm. In sacred space and heart-centered communion I channel wisdom, guidance, and spirit medicine on your unique behalf and personal inquiry or intention. This service creates energy shifts, openings, and assists in aligning you with the truth you are seeking.This is typically not an in person session/visit, but can be. I take your question or inquiry into personal ceremony and bring through my experience to you via email. A phone call may transpire as well.

Your feet communicate so much to you about your overall health. The feet are a microcosm to the whole body. We have important energetic portals and points at our feet. Keeping them open, clear, and connected to Earth is beneficial to one's overall well-being and to staying true to the natural rhythms of the soul. This service is deeply healing as I connect with the energies of the feet in relationship to the whole body and Self. This service will create an energetic release and clearing and will likely bring through a physical or emotional release, as the deep work can create a detox in the body.Animal Communication & Energy Healing
Our animal loved ones have energy healing needs too, and communication is always happening. Animals are highly sensitive to subtle energy and therefore have amazing overall response to energy work. This work is helpful for all disorders and dis-eases and can be very calming. We will arrange a consultation to discuss the needs of your animal friend, at that point we will arrange for an in-person visit and session, or for long distance work. This service is most commonly used for dogs and cats, but is available and beneficial for all animals.

Plant and stone spirit medicine brews are uniquely created to support your personal healing. Filtered water is imbued with
personal intention, information and light codes from the Earth and Cosmos, and with the essence of a custom array of personally harvested plants and stones
that have specific medicine for you. The alchemized water is either presented as is to drink or mixed with essential oils to become
spray or topical. When intentionally used, the medicine will help in shifting and moving energy on behalf of your personal intention.
Plant and Stone Spirit Healing Session
Prior to our session I journey to and commune with the plant and stone spirits. I gather and call in your personal plant
and stone medicine.
During the session the plants/stones lay directly on the body to move energy and clear blocks. They will also bring through
guidance and wisdom for your personal healing. You will receive channeled healing from
the compassionate spirits of the plants and stones. (*note: This is available remotely. the plant and stone will not be able to
lay directly on the body but will be laid out as if they were and I will channel the healing virually.)
Land/Home Energy Work & Heart Center Activation, minimum time 2hr
Engaging and creating relationship with the land and with your home
benefits overall healthy energy flow and alignment in your life, as well as the entire household. The heart and spirit of a home and of
the land need tending and healing just like people, and is inter-related to your personal well-being. This service may be used to release
and clear stuck or trapped energy or spirits in the home and on the land and/
or it may be used to personally align and cultivate deeper relationship with the energy and spirits of your home/land and all of those in it.
The Heart Center Activation creates a unified vibratory field that manifests from the Heart Center of the land, the home, and of each
soul in the household.
This is a minimum 2-part visit.
First we meet for consultation to meet/greet the energy, the land, the home, and you and your intentions.
The second visit is the ceremony, clearing, or however we have decided to move forward with your personal intention and inquiry.
It consists of calling in sacred space and ceremony, communing with the energies of the place,
smudging the home and land, drumming/rattling/toning
throughout the home and land, activating the Heart Center, and re-centering
the energies.
Crystal and stone placement and sacred geometry are used to hold in healing and raise the vibration of land and home.
Deeper clearing and more engaged home/land work is an option and may evolve from this initial ceremonial clearing.

It marks that moment and time within a constellation of timelessness and therefore deepens the experience and the relationship to the experience. It brings concentrated focus to the moment as meaningful and sacred. I also offer and facilitate Moon Ceremonies to support sacred containers of alchemy, deep release/letting go, and manifesting. Sacred ceremonies and blessings are facilitated by invoking the compassionate spirits, ancestors, allies and setting heart-centered intention.
Some uses and benefits of ceremony, blessings, and sacred space are for new relationships, relationship renewals, death, birth, in home and workplace, new land/new home, new venture(s), endings/beginnings, rite of spiritual passage/soul growth, healing, and/or whatever wishes to be supported in a sacred and ceremonial way.
