In ceremonial and sacred space, you are invited to relax and open your heart to share whatever is weighing on it or what it has to say. I tune into the divinely aligned energetic channel and frequency carrying unique medicine, information and guidance on your behalf. Through conversation and divine flow we move through the energy, bring things to light, and get to the heart of the matter of the moment. The flow of this service may be solely through conversation, or it may go into other pathways of moving energy (i.e. guided meditation, earth spirit energy medicine, yoga/body movement, and more).
Heart Centered Meditation Guidance
My experience in meditation is from years of self work and self study and born out of healing my own pain. I learned to meditate as a natural reaction to dealing with my personal pain. Life has now become my meditation. I have continued to deepen my skills through my certification Yogic studies.
Meditating is a natural act and ability. I create the container and the space for you to get in touch with your natural act and ability of meditating. I guide you into the discovery of your center of being through engaging the bhandas and working through the 7 chakra energy centers. I guide you into proper physical alignment and yogic posture to accentuate the benefits of meditating and align with your divine channel through the body. My approach to meditating is Earth and Heart centered. It brings presence and focus to the phsycial body and nature, emotional heart and feeling, and to breath. It connects you directly with your power. Meditation may be taught in person or via video conference. In person sessios may be out of my healing space or they may be out of your home. In person sesssions that are in your home will also include a home energy assessment and energetic cleansing to support your meditation practice and our sacred work in your home space. In person sessions may also be outside with Nature as our guide. I use personally developed styles and techniques of conscious breathing, as well as Ayurvedic pranayama, chakra yoga, Earth Spirit Energy Medicine, guided meditation, and activating and engaging with the frequency of your Heart Light. Learning to meditate often starts as a tool to cultivate peace and relaxation in one's busy life. In time it becomes a personal and spiritual practice, journey, and therefore a healing pathway for life.
Waking Up Wisdom, 10 week intensive (please inquire for pricing)
This very specialized and powerful container is designed to support foundational healing, rapid transformation and personal/soul growth. It is great for wanting to make big and deep changes quickly(whether it be physical, spiritual, mental, or emotional). It is formed from and based on the Cornerstones of Becoming (Breath, Earth-Body, Self Love, Flow, Sacred Space). It is an active, intimate, magical, alchemical womb that is energetically co-created and maintained on your behalf for 10 weeks (or your preferred time frame). You live in this custom created energetic womb while remaining fully in your day to day life. It is a 10 week 24/7 session. Your intentions are magnified and brought to life. As a Heart Path Guide I am your personal support and guide into the journey of living life from your Heart Center. I assist you in clearing the path of your heart and manifesting your heart's work now, at this time. Living from your Heart Center is living soul focused and empowered in your personal space and body, through the cultivation of deep listening, energetic practices and re-aligning, and heart-opening. This involves activation of your Center Beam of Truth. This can bring about big change on all levels; spiritual, physical, mental, emotional. I provide intuitively channeled guidance and energetic support for this major life and perspective shift. Most often life is lived powered by sources outside of us. It is easy to rely on power outside of our own being and it has become a great convenience, leading to addiction. Always craving more power because we are not tapped into our own. We have forgotten that we can be powered by our own inner Source of well being. When we are only powered by sources outside of our own being, our own power becomes weakened, like an atrophied muscle. When this happens we are unable to truly stand in our own power. When you are sourced by your own power you are in relationship for co-creation, not for co-dependence.
Each session I will work with you through the energy of the situation which you present and the energy that is presenting itself. I will guide you and the presenting energy through conversations, intuition, and spiritual channels, through light energy work, Ayurveda Yoga Therapy, through emotional alchemy. Our time together will involve working with subtle energy, energetic and spiritual protection and boundaries, ceremony, practices of deep listening and meditation, and awakening and strengthening intuition. I will guide you into awakening your StarSeed coding and living in direct connection with your StarSeed. I guide you into learning to live and thrive from your own Source of power, as you shift in your relationship to outside powers. Our work may also involve sacred medicine walks/hikes, plant medicine ceremony, or earth spirit energy medicine. All with a goal of activating your Heart Path and activating your empowered walk on it.
Always, as I am guiding you to live your hearts path, I am helping to awaken what you already knew, what was already there, and what you are returning to.
Channels come from the purity of Heart Center of Creation, as well as your own Spirit Guides, attuned uniquely for each individual. We can meet once to discuss your Heart Path or to be introduced to it, or we can have ongoing meetings/sessions.

Soul Midwife (for the living)
By honoring what is dying, we create fertile and loving ground for what is arising. The 'dark night of the soul' is a passage of great transformation that the soul undergoes on it's journey of becoming. As your Soul Midwife, I walk with you through these passages. I walk with you through the moments in life of great upheaval and change, in moments when one path is dying and a new one is emerging but remains unknown and unseen, and in moments of great darkness, depression, grief, and in the midst of so much mystery. I assist in providing divinely aligned wisdom and guidance that is personalized and will help you to navigate and transition these depths, in your power, and to begin to clear the way, bring focus to, come into alignment with, and make tangible the new path. I assist in providing energetic and alchemical tools and practices that will shift and lighten the dense energy while creating the space to process emotions in a way that supports you. I assist in helping to compassionately and energetically move the old out and to support the space for the new that is emerging beneath all the change. Our work together will be co-created. It will flow and be divinely guided and may come in the form of a variety of services, i.e. soul alchemy sessions, light energy work, ceremony, earth medicine walks, plant and plant spirit medicine, intuitive one on one’s and conversations, divination, and more.
