I am an intuitive energy healer, spiritual guide, plant medicine ceremonialist, and soul midwife. I am certified and trained in shamanic and energy medicine, and am a Usui Holy Fire Reiki master through Lightsong School of Shamanic Studies and Energy Medicine. I am an Ayurveda Yoga Therapy Specialist through Saraswati Institute of Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy. My studies with the plant spirit medicines come from direct immersion and spiritual work with sacred teacher plants, and their guidance blessing my path, as well as with Currendura Roberta Mackrill of the Bee Keeper's Daughter. An ever-deepening dedication to the cultivation of my personal spirituality has developed the core and the structure of my healing practice.

I work within the alchemical and sacred space of the Heart Center and Heart Light. The Heart Center and Heart Light are Core Energies of Creation that help to restore balance within ourselves, within society, and on Earth. These Core Energies connect to a wisdom deep within the Earth and also within our own earthly bodies. It is a portal and a guidance system to a lost Ancient Wisdom. The wisdom is timeless. It is not defined by gender, culture, or race. It exists within All uniquely and when awakened begins the work of harmonizing all parts of life and living. The gem of this wisdom centers on self love and activating self love as a portal for healing; healing the without from within. A healing wisdom.

I sense and commune with the finest essence of energy; the energies of the soul, emotions, aspects, spirits, and subtle realms. It is the softest voice that is the loudest and clearest to me. I read energy, detect imbalances, and bring through helpful information in the energetic and multi-dimensional fields of places, the land, situations, people, and animals. My most pronounced abilities of clairsentience, claircognizance, and channeling are how I commune with the spirit realms and subtle energy realms to discover the source of disharmony and dis-ease within the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, and within the soul. Through sacred and cultivated working relationships with spiritual allies and divine energies, we co-create a pathway for your healing.

My philosophy is that there is always an energetic root and core, a soul side, to all situations or issues, wherein lies a key for resolution and ultimate healing. There is always a potential path available for healing that we are not always aware of or able to see. Working with our heart, our soul, and our subtle energy is a way of working with what we cannot see or detect on the surface easily. This undetected or invisible piece may be the key to unlocking an underlying truth crucial to our total healing and inner peace. It brings light into the darkest of places, literally shifting energy, creating openings, and rewiring thinking. This energetic shift, of light and dark, known and unknown, creates Earth-Spirit Alchemy.

This work focuses on reconnection between Earth and Spirit, Body and Soul, Feeling and Heart Center. The heart of my work is guiding you into living from your Heart Center, inside the root system of Now, and ultimately living in full expression of your Unique Light and personal truth, allowing it to fully become you. At the core of this work is the process of shifting out of 'fight or flight' and survival mentality and creating the space to allow old frameworks of perception to transform and crumble. Then rebuilding and learning to cultivate your own roots and to stand purely and protected in your own power and Center Beam of Truth. Through this transformation, you become more and more liberated in your engagement with Society in a way that enables you to truly thrive, and you begin to heal yourself.

In all that I do I am with you as a witness, educator, and guide. You are healing yourself. I provide the sacred and safe space, tools, and support for your transformation and remembering. I am here to walk with you through the fire of personal suffering and chronic conditions (physical/spiritual/emotional/mental), and then guide you into remembering how to heal and empower yourself. I am here to help you bring healing to your genetic lineage through Akasha & Karmic healing and ener-genetic work, as you re-design who you are within your core and re-awaken your cellular intelligence. I am here to help you strengthen your emotional and energetic bodies to more effortlessly, effectively, and efficiently process emotion and energy on a daily basis. I guide you into working with your intuition, your own subtle energy, and spirit realms by way of your Heart Center. I am a guide in cultivating a connection with the Elemental Energies and reconnecting with your Elemental Truth and Soul/Star Family. I am a guide into the process of embodiment, as you embody the Light that is returning to you. This is transformational healing at the soul level and I am here to witness the awakening of your Sacred Gifts and the activation of your Center Beam of Truth. Heart-centered healing is the Whole Self healing itself. It is foundational and applicable in everday life and living. It is the subtle energy approach to wellness that is focused on the core of the condition to guide the process bringing about deep level support and complete sense of well-being for the individual.

The Elemental Elders, The Trees, have helped me remember how to be a channel and how to constantly clear my energy through presence, to maintain the purest vibration of my channel for every day living and for this sacred work. Maintaining alignment with Heart Center and Center Beam of Truth has become my life practice. My focus is the co-creation of sacred space and energetic containers that are powerfully held in place with heart- centered intention and the support of compassionate helping spirits, the Angels, and the Ancestors. I am sensitive to holes, portals, and/or weak places in energetic fields and containers that may affect it's integrity and/or leak energy. I give special attention to this subtle energy detail when creating and maintaining containers. Through developed and cultivated heart-centered working relationships with the spiritual realms, powerful, loving, and unique containers of support and alchemy are co-created.

Earth-Spirit Alchemy came to be through my personal journey of discovery; meditating and healing with my body, my spirit, and Earth. It took me deep within myself to find my unique harmonizing universal frequency. A guided journey into the restoration of my true nature, restoring harmony with the natural rhythms and cycles of my soul.

I am always learning. A life changing message from my most prominent spiritual teachers, the Grandmothers, will always remind me .... "We are forever the student. We become the teacher through the constant being of student." Always learning: how to live in my power, how to live in the natural rhythm of receptivity, how to flow, and how to be in sacred exchange with All.

These teachings and practices have revealed to me the gift and art of letting go and how to heal the without from within. They have guided me into my personal power, showing me how to dissolve and penetrate veils of illusion through the alchemy of love and compassion. They are always a guide into balance, into divine truth, and self love. This journey and this work has opened my heart to reveal its infinite depths, and has given me the tools to consistently navigate back to Heart Center.

Years ago, my heart called me away from a life I was living that was not my soul's true path. It was an undeniable calling that became a journey of deep diving into the darkness of my Being; the utter unknown of me. Never knowing the next step, I learned to discern and trust my intuition and inner wisdom, developing a strong inner compass and reactivating my True North. It became/has become a personal healing quest of lifetimes and of lineage, of mind, heart, body, and soul. It has been a gradual shift of consciousness from head-centered to heart-centered. Learning to know and embody peace inside chaos and peace within the dark became a constant theme. A quest, ever-deepening, of awakening and developing my inherent and empathic skills of working with subtle energy and intuitive healing.

My hearts work and passion is helping people through the density of transition and into the truth and healing of their own light and guiding conscious awareness into the ever present now. My love is to share and facilitate this work by offering my presence as a witness, guide, and as a skilled energy worker on your sacred journey of becoming.

We all have inherent gifts and Unique Light to remember and illumine. We each have a Unique Frequency to vibrate and harmonize on this Earth that is essential to self-healing and thriving. It emanates from the core of our being and the center of our hearts. It is our true light, our sovereignty, our power, and our unique expression in life. We interconnect through this pure and unique expression of personal truth, weaving a universal web of Heart Light. When we interconnect by way of our Heart Light, we come into balance, become energetically lighter, and begin to see in a new way that creates more intimacy, empathy, and meaning in our life. Bringing presence to your Heart Light begins to heal and reveal the layers that have dimmed it, opening a doorway into healing your Whole Self, which in turn ripples out into healing for All.
